i'm from the UAE but i never heard of Stuffed Camel

That's because it's fake. It came from some silly home-ec cookbook from the 80's that was published in California. It was an obvious joke recipe. It included directions to 'skin, trim, and clean camel(once you get over the hump)', which was meant to be a joke. The fake recipe also says to boil the camel, which makes no sense at all.

It comes from a long line of joke recipes like elephant soup and roast whale. They pop up online and there's always someone that takes them seriously.
